By accessing or using the RBTN Threat Analysis platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
RBTN Threat Analysis enables the upload/ingestion of incident reports and related security artifacts for enrichment, analytics, and reporting. Improvements, enhancements, and updates are part of the Service and subject to these Terms.
Except for user-uploaded content, Service materials are the intellectual property of RabitaNoor (RBTN). No rights are granted except as necessary to use the Service. We acknowledge that any data you upload (“User Content”) may contain confidential information. We will use it only to provide and improve the Service and bind staff and subprocessors to appropriate confidentiality.
We may engage vetted subprocessors (cloud, security, support). We remain responsible for their performance and will maintain an up-to-date list upon request or via our website.
We may modify these Terms; material changes will be communicated in-product or by email. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, security risk, non-payment, or legal compliance. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RBTN AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE/DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue is the courts of England and Wales. Alternatively, the parties may agree to confidential arbitration (e.g., ICC Rules) seated in London.
Upon termination or your written request, we will make reasonable efforts to return or delete your User Content, except where retention is required for legal, regulatory, or backup/archival purposes. Retained data remains subject to confidentiality obligations.

We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the RBTN Threat Analysis platform (the “Service”). It is globally applicable and interpreted alongside the privacy laws of your region. If there is a conflict, your local law prevails.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information with subprocessors and affiliates as needed to operate the Service, under binding contracts and appropriate safeguards; and where required by law. Limited data may be disclosed in corporate transactions (e.g., merger or acquisition) subject to consistent protections.
Where data is transferred internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses or local equivalents) and technical/organizational measures.
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, and incident response.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify data, subject to backup/archival constraints.

Your local statutory privacy rights apply regardless of this notice. Any contractual disputes or claims relating to this notice are governed by the Governing Law and Venue set out in our Terms of Use.
